The Buyer can be registered in the ITONE sales system, if he/she provides details such as company name, billing address, warehouse address, along with their company's GSTIN 

The order must include basic details of Buyer such a company name, billing address, warehouse address, GSTIN

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted or accepted are exclusive of GST. All prices quoted or accepted are Ex-Works our warehouse in Bhiwandi unless other-wise agreed

First 3 orders of the Buyer can be shipped out from our warehouse on a prepaid basis. Terms of payment are always considered individually. If the Buyer wants to restart the business with Itone after a break longer than 12 months - he/she must prepay for the goods. For all credit sales the Buyer shall make full payment for the goods within 25 days of the date of Seller's invoice. Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage due to any delay in delivery of the goods. If the Buyer fails to make payment, Seller reserves the right to suspend any outstanding and future deliveries

All deliveries are based on normal ground transit unless otherwise agreed. The goods are shipped by recognized transport companies, cargo services or recognized couriers. Overnight and air freight services are also provided based on special requests.

Any damage or loss of goods during transit must be notified to us within 3 days after receiving the shipment. For any claims or returns, approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required from the seller. Returns or claims without approved RMA number will not be accepted. Returns should be made within 30 days after RMA number issue date.
